Celebrate The New Year With Us!

In the spirit of celebrating together, we will be doing ONE seating, at 7:00 PM on 12/31. 

Food will be served family style, among the group that you reserve with. 

Dinner costs $160/person with an optional beverage pairing at $55/person. The menu cannot be modified, so please take a look and make sure the options fit your dietary restrictions (or lack thereof!)

oyster, horseradish, apple, celery

smoked cauliflower chawanmushi, grilled caviar

poached black cod with uni, smoked veloute, aji dulce 

beets, cherries, roses

grilled steak, truffled onion ring, bone marrow bordelaise

warm shropshire cheese, milk toast, preserved blueberries, molasses

muscat poached pear, hay custard

A $50/person deposit is required upon booking. This deposit will be credited to your final bill on the night of the dinner
